I think when it comes to Kha his evos really are completely situational which is one of my favorite parts about him. In general, if I’m looking to do some cheeky invade and snowball I’ll take Q, if I’m playing for ganks I’ll take R and if I’m playing it safe or playing utility for the team I’ll take W. E is the only evo that isn’t viable for first evo imo.

The only reason people don't play this way and abuse Hullbreaker is because no one has told them to yet and the overwhelming majority of players don't think for themselves. Personally I do think bruiser kha is going to be the meta after this. Ways to circumvent getting people isolated since purely relying on snowball will be much harder now.
